How does 1:1 work with Irene begin?
Begin with a 15-minute discovery call ($30, credited toward a program you begin within 12 months) if you have struggled with sleep, anxiety, or energy for months and have already tried things on your own. The call checks whether paid work with Irene is a fit. It does not include coaching or protocol advice.
90-minute session: $375. Monthly members can find member session pricing inside the community. VIP includes one free 90-minute session. Package pricing is shared on your discovery call.
